GC WDC-USP is a chemically activated virgin powdered activated carbon. Derived from selected grades of hardwood, its high adsorptive characteristics make it suitable for many applications. Its pore structure makes it particularly effective for the purification of sugar products and the removal of color bodies. This product meets the requirements of both the USP and Food & Chemical Codex.
